Community Outreach Activity Enrolment Form

Application Guidelines:
Option 1: Environmental Education Outreach Activities (Applicable to Educational Education Game Booth, Environmental Workshops, and Thematic Talk)
  • 1. Schools or organisations may choose 1 to 3 activities from the options of environmental education game booths, environmental workshops, and thematic talks to be conducted on the same day. The total duration of the event should be between 3 and 5 hours, and the total number of participants should be 100 or more.
  • 2. The number of environmental education game booths that can be applied for is between 3 and 5. The booth types can be arranged according to preference. If a school or organisation chooses to conduct environmental workshops and/or thematic talks on the same day, a maximum of 3 game booths can be set up.
  • 3. Environmental workshops each session lasts for 45 - 60 minutes. Schools or organisations can choose a maximum of 2 workshops.
  • 4. Thematic talks each session lasts for 30 - 45 minutes. Schools or organisations may choose a maximum of 1 topic, which should be coordinated with the environmental workshops and/or game booths.
  • 5. Schools or organisations may submit only 1 application for outreach activity in each school year.
Option 2: “Let's Count and Build Carbon-Reducing Habits” Thematic Talk
  • 1. Schools may apply individually for the thematic talk “Let's Count and Build Carbon-Reducing Habits” without needing to combine it with other activities.
  • 2. Talk duration varies by target audience:
    Kindergarten: 30 minutes
    Primary & Secondary School: 45 - 60 minutes
  • 3. Minimum number of participants is 50.
  • 4. This thematic talk is available for schools only.

Other (Applicable to All Applications):

  • 1. All fields must be filled out in the application form.
  • 2. Schools or organisations wishing to cancel a confirmed activity must notify at least 14 days prior to the event date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the applicant being blocked from submitting future applications for 6 months.
  • 3. Priority will be given to schools with good track records (including timely cancellations or no cancellations).

Terms and Conditions

1. Photos and/or videos taken during the activity may be used for promotional purposes on the websites, social media platforms, publications, and promotional materials of the Environment and Ecology Bureau (EEB) and/or ECC Secretariat.

2. The personal data provided by means of this form will be used by GreenLink, the Organiser and ECC for facilitating communication.

3. The EEB and/or ECC Secretariat also intend to use the personal data (including your name, phone number, and correspondence email address) that you have provided to promote the latest development, policies, activities and schemes of the EEB and /or the ECC.
